Thrift Energy Ltd is primarily a Data Controller. We collect the following information from you directly:

Your data is retained for the duration of any warranties or for as long as we are legally required and is erased thereafter. Where you have given us your consent to market to you about other Solar PV or energy efficient measures, we will retain this data until you opt out from this service. We may retain some data for analytical purposes, however where this is the case, the data will be anonymised and as such will not identify you in any way.

Third parties we share your data with

We use third party organisations to provide elements of our services to you, on our behalf. We have contracts in place with these organisations which means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do so. They will hold it securely for the purposes of and retain it for the period we instruct.
