Local Authority Delivery Scheme (LADS)

This scheme operates in a different way to previous Government energy efficiency schemes. Regional Energy Hubs use local knowledge and regional expertise to identify those households which are most likely to require support and which would best benefit from energy efficiency upgrades.

• Solar Panels

What is the funding criteria?

Have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of D,E,F or G

Have a combined annual household income under £30,000 (gross), or be in receipt of certain benefits or Local Authority target area. Please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO)

HHCRO is a funding channel in the Government’s ECO scheme, and something we can help you access. It was designed to reduce the cost of heating and insulation improvements for residents that are struggling to keep on top of their fuel bills, something we’re very passionate about.

What services are covered?

• New gas boiler
• Cavity wall insulation
• Loft insulation

What is the funding criteria?

If you’re a homeowner or private tenant in receipt of benefits, you may be eligible for HHCRO. If you live in social housing, the criteria is based on your Energy Performance Rating (EPC) of your property. Please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Local Authority Eligibility Flexibility (LAFLEX)

We’re proud to be a part of scheme that has been crafted to help households who are not in receipt of benefits – but still living on a low income and vulnerable to the effects of living in a cold home.

• Loft insulation
• Cavity wall insulation
• Room in Roof insulation
• New boilers

What is the funding criteria?

Most local authorities will class ‘low-income households’ as those with a combined total of £27,000 per year, but this can fluctuate. If you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Home Upgrade Grant (HUG)

The Home Upgrade Grant supports low-income households by upgrading the energy efficiency of properties off the gas network in England.

What services are covered?

• Wall insulation
• Roof insulation
• Low-carbon heating systems

What is the funding criteria?

• Your household must have an annual income of less than £30,000 per year
• Rented properties must have an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating of D to G
